1. Overview

This website operates under the CEIEAC store name. “CEIEAC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of ceieac.com.

We provide this Site and its products, information, features, and tools subject to these Terms. By visiting, creating an account, ordering, or using the Services, you accept these Terms and the policies linked on the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

We make reasonable efforts to display descriptions, colors, measurements, materials, images, prices, and availability accurately. Appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screens, devices, and ordinary production tolerances.

Review the description, size chart, selected size, selected color, and package quantity before ordering. Products in a multipack or set are determined by the option, combination, and quantity selected before checkout.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices use the currency selected on the Site or shown at checkout. Available shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other fees are presented at checkout or may be assessed by local authorities for the destination.

We may correct genuine price, description, or technical errors. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you before processing it. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Authorized providers process payments, and CEIEAC does not directly store complete card details.

5. Orders

An email confirmation normally acknowledges submission but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect information, product unavailability, incomplete shipping information, or quantities suggesting unauthorized resale. A canceled paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will try to assist, but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packing, or carrier handoff. A cancellation request does not guarantee shipment can be stopped.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Offers are subject to the displayed conditions. Unless expressly stated, discounts have no cash value, codes cannot be combined, offers may apply only to selected products or order values, and promotions may end at the stated time or when allocated inventory is exhausted.

We will not advertise a promotional price or deadline that we do not reasonably intend to honor.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carriers, customs, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before mailing a return. Unauthorized packages or returns sent to an unapproved address may be delayed or rejected. Except where law requires otherwise, refunds are issued after receipt and inspection.
